In 2004, the Vodafone-US Foundation awarded grants totaling over $2,067,800 in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. We look forward to continuing our relationships as a vital member of our communities, especially in The East Bay where our offices are located.

In its second year, the Fellowship Initiative continues successfully, recruiting close to 90 students for the wireless engineering programs at three leading engineering schools in the United States. This five-year, $12 million project was created to advance wireless engineering technology.

This report lists all grants made by the foundation in the amounts of $5,000 or more. Please keep in mind that the following grants may not be indicative of future funding decisions.
