Vodafone-US Foundation accepts funding requests throughout the year. To apply for a grant, send a brief letter to the address in the Contact Section. Your letter should include:
- background information about your organization and its mission, the population you serve and your unique role in the community
- a description of the program or project for which you are requesting funds, including evidence of need, project budget and how success will be measured
- how your organization/ program fits the guidelines of Vodafone-US Foundation
- a description of how you will report program/project results to the Vodafone-US Foundation

Your Requests will not be considered unless the following items are attached:
- a copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service
- a current operating budget, including a list of committed and pending sources of income
- a copy of your most recent federal tax return (Form 990) and a copy of your most recent audited financial statements, if available
- a list of your board of directors and their affiliations
We will review your proposal and respond to you within 4-6 weeks. A member of our staff will call you if we need additional information. |
